How do I pay?
If you are a new customer, you'll pay 50% down and 50% upon delivery or before shipping.
Existing or repeat clients are eligible for billing terms. Just call us to get set up.
How is my product shipped to me?
If you are within 10 miles of our facility, we will deliver to you at no charge.
Otherwise you can pick up from our facility or we can ship via UPS to you.
Can I pick up my product from you?
Yes. See the Home page for our location.
What is your return policy?
It's not usual that there are problems... we usually catch a mistake with the first one or two products created. We stand 100% behind the quality of our printing and embroidery work. If there is a problem with the quality of the printing or embroidery, we will correct it.
However, please understand that we cannot be responsible for sizes or colors not fitting or appearing how you expected.
Do you print sports uniforms?
No we don't usually because applying numbers is a different printing process.
What if I need just few items embroidered?
There are no minimums for embroidery ... we can do 1 or we can do 1000!
